Service at Pane Vino was great thanks to Mohamed Sami, who was attentive and thorough in explaining the menu. The food was fine overall, though I expected more from the risotto and tiramisu. The space is lovely with beautiful views of the Nile, but the temperature inside was a bit too cold.

Even though the menu options are somewhat limited, the food is exquisite; all quality ingredients cooked to perfection. The Italian live music and setting with the Nile view backdrop create a mesmerizing atmosphere. The service, however, did not meet our expectations at the beginning of the evening: the waiters were not very hospitable and rather slow, and there was a mistake in our order. That all was eventually compensated though by the professionality and hospitability of Mr. Michael, the manager, and the rest of the evening went exceptionally well.

Very genuine, gentil staff and the food was more than amazing. I recommend it for any group or gathering (family, freinds, meeting, date,...)

Had a wonderful dinner at this Italian restaurant in the hotel. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive—Mekky was so friendly and made us feel right at home. And the pizza! It was absolutely delicious. A perfect way to end our time in Cairo. Highly recommend!
