The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I was there on my birthday, and they made it such a special experience for me. A gentleman sang a beautiful song, the lights were turned off, and they brought out a small birthday cake in the most lovely way. It was such a thoughtful surprise. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. I highly recommend visiting you won’t be disappointed. The music was also wonderful.
Truly remarkable experience here! The food was amazing. The staff was very attentive. The ambiance was great. We ordered a variety of dishes and everything tasted great! The staff also speaks English so that is very helpful. The shisha here was the smoothest I had in all of Egypt. The views of the pyramids is so breathtaking. Truly enjoyed our visit here. The hotel it’s located on top of is also great! Wish I stayed here!
This place is a 10/10!! We reserved in advance but were given a table even one hour before the reserved time, because we arrived a bit early. They write on their website that you cannot reserve specifically a seat on the rooftop (there are also seats in the floor below the rooftop inside), so that is no problem. I am also sure that they will be able to give you a rooftop seat if you wait a bit. In any case, it was quite empty at around 6 p.m. and multiple tables were still empty on the rooftop, although it was national holiday, so I think you should be fine. We got a seat on the rooftop. The view of the pyramids is stunning!! (especially recommended at evening sunset time) They played live music with someone singing christian songs (not my type of songs but it wasn‘t too distracting, although the volume was a bit loud). The food was also extremely delicious and the mocktails were fresh and tasty. The staff was really friendly and even moved an obstacle (some kind of lamp) out of the way for us as it was kind of blocking the view of the pyramids. The entrance to the pyramids is around 3 minutes walk away, so it is perfect for a relaxed dinner after visiting the pyramids. The prices are reasonably, maybe a bit high. However it is really worth the view and overall atmosphere! I can absolutey recommend this restaurant!!
I went to the restaurant. The food wasn’t great… maybe I picked the wrong dishes! They had a great selection. I ordered the shrimp tempura and the lamb leg. The tempura on the shrimp was very bad and the shrimp undercooked and no seasoning. The lamb leg had a nice tasting sauce but the meat itself had a super strong flavor of meat - couldn’t even eat 1/3 of it! :( The desert was very good :) The atmosphere is incredible and the views to the pyramids are unmatched, I would recommend you go here but pick other dishes!! The price is also very expensive but the views makes it worth it. The 12% service charge they out is a JOKE , this is not America lol
The location of this rooftop is exceptional. In the evening, especially if you go for dinner, you have a clear and stunning view of the Pyramids of Giza and you can also see the Sphinx. From this point of view, the setting is truly impressive and hard to beat. The food is good and the service is generally solid and attentive. The only downside, at least when I visited, is that no alcoholic drinks were served. When you’re on vacation and going out for dinner in the evening, you might expect to enjoy a beer or a glass of wine. That said, it’s a matter of local customs, and the overall experience remains very positive thanks to the incredible location and views.
